Corporate Boardroom AV Installation

Project Overview

This corporate client needed their main boardroom upgraded to support hybrid meetings, video conferencing, and multimedia presentations for their executive team.

Design Approach

We installed a 98-inch commercial display paired with ceiling-mounted microphone arrays and a Crestron control system. The design prioritized clean aesthetics with all cabling concealed.

Collaboration Features

Wireless presentation capability allows any participant to share their screen instantly. The room's video conferencing system integrates with Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.

Training & Support

Our team provided hands-on training for staff and configured remote monitoring to proactively address any issues before they impact meetings.
